In July 2023, I graduated from the University of Southampton Law School with a first class law degree, top of my class. I had a particular interest in public law, and so in January 2024, I began working as a litigation paralegal at a small law firm that specialised in representing Local Authorities in their SEND Tribunal Appeals.
Having realised I wanted to make more of a direct difference to families, I began working at a London Local Authority. I have since started at a South East Local Authority.
Ultimately, I have now decided to offer my services directly to families and/or young people. With my Local Authority experience, I understand that there is not enough support for families. This often means that families do not know what to "argue for", leaving their children's/young people's SEND Provision inadequate.

Ultimately, I have now decided to offer my services directly to families and/or young people. With my Local Authority experience, I understand that there is not enough support for families. This often means that families do not know what to "argue for", leaving their children's/young people's SEND Provision inadequate.
I am passionate about empowering families to understand and work the SEND Framework in the best interests of their children/young people.
Based on my experience, I specialise in Tribunal Appeals/Resolutions/Mediations.
My mission
My mission is to provide exceptional and bespoke SEND advocacy, advisory and consultancy services for families, children and young people facing challenges from applying for an Education, Health and Care Plan ("EHCP"), to disputing Section I placement. As part of my mission, I also provide my services to schools/settings who seek training, from support with Needs Applications, to Tribunal Appeals, to Admissions.
My vision
With my Tribunal experience, I understand that Tribunal only really looks at evidence, and some of the legal thresholds are really high for Local Authorities to defend against. My vision is therefore to focus on gathering high-quality, collaborative evidence based on the statutory framework (pursuant to the Children and Families Act 2014, and the Education Act 1996). This includes working closely with schools and other professionals which can be stressful and complicated for those without SEND experience.
I also aim to resolve all disputes, including those which have been lodged as formal appeals to SENDIST, as swiftly as possible. I aim to avoid Appeals or Hearings (if the Appeal is already lodged), because this way, I can help you achieve the quickest result possible.
My services
I specialise in providing advocacy, advisory and consultancy services for all types of Tribunal Appeals, any out-of-Tribunal disputes, and mediations. Having sat on the infamous 'Panel', which makes key decisions, I also support on Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment ("EHCNA") applications. In addition, I provide my services to sc
